I work in Customer Service for a start-up company.  Sometimes things don’t go as planned.  Some of our customers can be very loud when they are unhappy.  And while I sympathize and I wish I could make it better…I hate being yelled at when the situation is out of my control. I take it very personally and it can really upset me / make me sad sometimes.

So….when I found this little fella here, I printed him out and posted him in the corner of my cube, where only my cube-mate and I can see him.  He makes me smile and laugh and all that good stuff!  He is a very good antidote for the crankiness I sometimes feel at work.  Plus, I too LOVE peanut butter.
